WEEK ONE - AGES 7-10 - June 12-16 - 10am-3pm - TREES (three days)

Join us as explore and learn to identify different types of trees and discover the importance of trees for humans, animals, bugs and more. We will also begin our summer caterpillar-to-butterfly project as a team.

WEEK TWO - AGES 7-10 - June 19-23 - 10am-3pm - WATER (three days)

Join us as splish, splash, run and discover why water is important to every living thing. Bring your swimming suit, we’re definitely going to get soaked! We’re exploring the POWER of water, seeking out water in nature, discovering where water comes from and where it goes and we’re experiencing water with all our five senses. We’ll also “dive deep” into the importance of water by caring for our summer class garden and much more.

HMLC mixed-age summer programming is open to children ages 3-6 and 7-10.

HMLC programming is designed to take place outdoors and as much time will be spent outdoors as possible.

HMLC operates under a community care model: We fully support our frontline healthcare heroes and work to keep them safe as well as reduce the number of kids and families with respiratory emergencies overwhelming medical facilities. We also support children and families who are immune compromised and with other high-risk medical conditions.

At this time, masks are required for all adults and children during any time indoors. All learners must reliably be able to wear a mask, when necessary. Masks are optional outdoors based on learner and family preference.

All participating children are required to be up to date on all vaccines (including COVID) at the time of participation.

Due to our small class sizes, space is extremely limited. Register today!
